OS4X Portal - DMZ daemons

As the only daemon available in the external DMZ for a licensed OS4X Portal instance, the OS4X client daemon "os4xclientd" has to be started for letting users to login into this instance.

The optional debug daemon is able to collect debug information from the running daemons and plugins, but is disabled by default.
