== Purpose ==
Changes or creates all properties of a job's sender using the ID from the database. The XML is expanded or changed if necessary. This means that all information in the XML is synchronized with OS4X's own partner database.

== Requirements ==
* File <code>/etc/os4x.conf</code> or configuration file referenced by environment variable <code>$OS4X_CFGFILE</code>. The temporary directory and the license file are obtained via the database that is configured here.
